2. Description of Service

Open45 is a platform for buying and selling domain names with integrated Bitcoin payment processing. Users can browse available domains, make purchases, manage their Bitcoin wallet addresses, and track domain visits.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as provided in our replacement policy. Prices for domains are listed in USD but payments are processed in Bitcoin (BTC). Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in Bitcoin value after a purchase is made.

6. Domain Replacement Policy

Users may request a replacement for a purchased domain within 4 hours of purchase if the domain does not function as described. Replacement requests are subject to review and may be approved or denied at our discretion. See our full replacement policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Open45 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Open45, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
